Hello, I’m Rachel, the passionate flower preservation artist behind The Floral Merchant.
Since an early age I have always enjoyed playing with flowers, and I have special memories of pressing beautiful flowers from Nana’s cottage garden in the North of England, which is where I was born.
I believe that flowers deserve more than just one day to shine. Whether it's a wedding bouquet, a memorial arrangement, or a special gift, I am dedicated to preserving your treasured flowers with the utmost care and artistry. The designs I create reflect the organic form and whimsical beauty of nature, ensuring that each piece is as unique as the memories it holds.

Flower Pressing Studio
I’m based in Sydney, Australia and work from my garden studio in the leafy eastern suburbs. I’m fortunate to be surrounded by beautiful Australian native flowers and the sparkling waters of Sydney harbour.
We use traditional flower pressing methods to capture the organic form and true beauty of flowers.
